As a supplier of HSI Sensing please be advised that your inspection system, product, and materials may be subject to on-site inspection by a representative of HSI Sensing, its customers, and/or regulatory agencies. We require that our suppliers notify us of any changes in product and/or process, change of suppliers, change of manufacturing location and where required, obtain HSI approval. As a supplier you must notify HSI Sensing of any nonconforming product and obtain approval for nonconforming product disposition. As a supplier, you must be aware of product safety. The supplier must flow down to the supply chain any applicable requirements including customer requirements. The supplier shall be subject to the general quality requirements of SP007-068, HSI Supplier Quality Manual and any additional Q Clauses as called out on the Purchase Order or Quality Standard documents.

This contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5 (a). These regulations prohibit discrimination against qualified individuals based on their status as protected veterans or individuals with disability and prohibit discrimination against all individuals based on their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin. Moreover, these regulations require that covered prime contractors and subcontractors take affirmative action to employ and advance in employment individuals without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status or disability. The supplier must practice and understand the importance of ethical behavior.
